Long Time, No See!

It has been a while. Things have started to open up again after we’ve all been locked down. Tomorrow will be the first time I attempt to busk outdoors on my own since the virus happened. Luckily I’ve done a couple of sessions online, so I don’t think I’ve completely forgotten all of my songs! I will definitely need a warm up first. Feeling a bit apprehensive but I’m sure it won’t take long to get back into the groove of things. Just hoping the weather will hold out for me!

 Over time I’m looking forward to developing my performance even more in the future. I’ve recently gotten a loop pedal which I need to learn how to use. It should make Irish tunes more interesting. It will also be interesting to see how things develop socially over time.

Most musicians don’t foresee any big gigs like we had before the virus until 2021 or 2022. That’s a long time to wait. In the meantime hopefully we will be able to have more performances outdoors. Anyway, I just wanted to put a few of my thoughts down. Hope everyone is doing well!
