Lately, I have been working hard on the violin. I’ve been joining in on Irish sessions online, taught music theory for the first time (and my student passed the exam, yippee!), and have been preparing for my own grade 7 exam on the violin. I hope to take it in the spring. I’m thinking I need to start teaching more to fill in the gap for times like these when I can’t go out all the time to busk. I still need to learn how to use that loop pedal by the way, so if you have any pointers, send them my way please!
I’ve been planning to write a blog post about busking and sleep for a long time. I’ll aim to get that out sooner rather than later so you have something to look forward to. Happy holidays!
